A Local Community
for International Professionals

In-person gatherings for founders, leaders, and digital nomads across Portugal’s Silver Coast.

Curious, collaborative people having real conversations — no pitching.

Occasional emails. In-person events. No selling.

Why We Exist

It can be hard to find local spaces that bring together international and locally based professionals in a relationship-first way.

Many founders, leaders, professionals, and digital nomads enjoy life here, yet still feel professionally isolated. We exist to make it easier to meet thoughtful, growth-oriented people who value real connection over transaction.

Our Difference

Events are in-person, conversational, and lightly structured, with no sponsor pitches or performative BS. People meet, exchange ideas, and make real introductions in a modern, relaxed setting designed for genuine connection.

Led by experienced community builders, we focus on netweaving, not networking.

You’re no longer building in isolation, and there’s no need to leave the region to have meaningful professional conversations or find trusted resources.

Over time, relationships deepen, trust builds, and opportunities emerge naturally. It’s not about instant results, but about building a grounded, connected, and resilient professional life.

The Goal

Caldas Da Rainha

Caldas da Rainha was founded in the late 15th century by Queen Dona Leonor, when Portugal was deeply engaged in global trade and exploration. After discovering the region’s thermal springs, she established one of Europe’s earliest purpose-built thermal hospitals, creating a hub that drew visitors, commerce and helped many from across the kingdom and beyond. From its beginnings, Caldas grew through the movement of people, ideas, and services — a legacy that still shapes the city today.

Our events are in different locations about the city. Each event is specific.
